The universal oil nozzle
Due to decades of experience with oil nozzles of all kinds and the large number of different burner makes on the spare-parts market, OEG has developed a special nozzle, suitable for universal application in the spare-parts market and allowing an optimum combustion.
Applying most advanced technologies, the different production stages are passed automatically, with highest precision and 100% reproducible.
Due to lowest tolerances, values are significantly below the European standards EN293 and 299. All nozzle sizes are equipped with the protective double filter technology, made up of a primary and secondary filter as well as a filter width adjusted to the respective size. During the automatic production process, each nozzle is 100% tested for its spraying characteristics and through-put in order to guarantee an optimum combustion later.
In the following packaging process, a test oil mist remains on the
nozzle deliberately to ensure a long storage life.
