Description
Scope of delivery of the PVC piping set for pools:
- 1 x Adapter sleeve nipple Ø 50/63 mm 1 1/2" Male thread: For connecting the pool piping to the skimmer.
- 1 x Adapter sleeve nipple Ø 50/63 mm 2" Male thread: For connecting the floor drain to the pool piping.
- 2 x Threaded sockets Ø 63 mm x 2" female thread and 2 x reducer short Ø 63 x 50 mm: The two threaded sleeves and two reducers are used to connect the two inlet nozzles to the pool pipework using the corresponding pool wall bushings. The threaded sleeve is screwed onto the wall bushing with the 2" female thread. The reduction Ø 63 mm to Ø 50 mm is then glued into the socket of the threaded sleeve. The Ø 50 mm pool pipe is then glued into the Ø 50 mm reducer.
- 3 x 2-way ball valve Ø 50 mm: The ball valves are each glued into the piping from the skimmer and floor drain to the filter system. The third ball valve is glued into the supply line to the inlet nozzles after the filter system. The ball valves are closed during maintenance work on the pool technology. This prevents your pool from running empty.
- 1 x check valve Ø 50 mm: The check valve is glued into the suction line of your swimming pool pump. This prevents the suction line from running empty and the pump from overheating or air from collecting in the suction line.
- 3 x Adapter screw connection Ø 50 mm 1 1/2" AG with O-ring: For connecting the pool piping to the 6-way valve of the sand filter system. The O-ring on the 1 1/2" external thread seals the fitting to the 6-way valve of the filter system.
- 10 x 90° angle Ø 50 mm: To bend the pool piping at a 90° angle.
- 2 x T-piece 90° Ø 50 mm: A T-piece is glued between the skimmer, floor drain and the suction line from the filter pump. This combines the two pipes from the skimmer and the floor drain into one suction pipe to the filter pump. The second T-piece is glued into the pipework after the filter system and before the two inlet nozzles. The T-piece divides the one pipe after the filter system into two pipes for the two inlet nozzles.
- 6 x sleeves Ø 50 mm: The sleeve can be used to connect two pipes together. Or the Poolflex spiral hose can be connected to the 1 m PVC hose.
- 10 x pipe clamp Ø 50 mm: To be able to fix the pool piping to a wall, e.g. in a technical shaft, this reduces the risk of tripping over pipes on the floor.
- 1 x Teflon tape: For sealing PVC fittings that have a thread.
- 1 x PVC cleaner 250 ml: The PVC cleaner is used to clean the areas in your pool piping that are to be glued. After cleaning, the PVC fittings and pipes are glued together. Cleaning ensures that the PVC adhesive seals the bonding points properly.
- 1 x Griffon WDF05 glue for PVC 500 ml: For gluing the pool piping to the various fittings.
- 1 x Poolflex spiral hose PVC Ø 50 mm roll 25 m: The Poolflex hose is used to connect the various built-in parts to the pool technology, e.g. the filter system.
- 5 x PVC pipe Ø 50 mm with 1.00 m length: For piping the pool technology in the technology shaft or technology room.
