The Baxi thermistor is engineered to reduce current resistance as the temperature rises. By sending a current to the thermistor, the printed circuit board can accurately determine whether to adjust the temperature upwards or downwards based on the thermistor's resistance. This versatile component is designed to be compatible with Baxi combi HE, Combi Instant HE, Main HE System, Potterton Performa, and Potterton Performa system boilers.
