Overview:
The John Guest Speedfit thermostat or programmer is designed to control a 240V actuator valve in an underfloor heating (UFH) system. It allows for the opening or closing of water flow to a specific UFH circuit on the manifold. When connected to a John Guest Aura wiring centre, it also enables independent control of pipe loops through the thermostat. This product is WRAS approved, conforms to BS 7291, and is kitemarked to KM39767. It is suitable for underfloor heating applications only and requires its own pipe inserts for optimal performance. It is important not to use these products for delivering compressed liquids such as LPG or fuel oil. The product should be protected from vermin-infested areas and frost. It works well with underfloor heating installations in both hard and timber floors.
