Mapei Ultracolor Plus -130 Jasmine is a high-quality and fast-setting grout suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior tiling applications. It is designed to provide flexibility, durability, and resistance to mold and water. The grout is ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, terraces, and commercial areas with heavy foot traffic.
The Ultracolor Plus grout features BioBlock technology, which helps prevent the growth of mold and microorganisms that can cause damage. It is also water-repellent, thanks to the DropEffect technology that reduces the absorption of surface water.
With a rapid drying and setting time, the grout allows for quick installation and is ready for light foot traffic in approximately 3 hours. It is suitable for grouting ceramic tiles, porcelain, terracotta, stone materials, glass, and marble mosaics.
The grout provides a uniform and color-consistent finish that is resistant to staining and UV light. It is also highly resistant to abrasion, compression, and flexural strength, ensuring long-lasting performance.
