The Rothenberger Supermat Soldering Mat is a high-temperature soldering pad designed to protect surfaces from extreme heat during soldering operations. With its vermiculite coating and innovative features, it offers excellent heat resistance and safety.
The soldering mat features a wipe-clean silicone backing, making it easy to clean and maintain. It has a maximum operating temperature of 1260°C, ensuring reliable protection against high temperatures. The mat measures 200 mm x 300 mm, providing a sufficient working area for soldering tasks.
One of the key improvements in the Rothenberger Supermat is the inclusion of the new and improved Ecomab body soluble inner blanket. This inner blanket has a high heat resistance of 128 kg density, enhancing the overall durability and performance of the soldering mat.
The mat is sewn and loop-stitched with wire-reinforced Kevlar flame-proof thread, ensuring its resilience and long-lasting use. Importantly, the Rothenberger Supermat is non-hazardous and contains no asbestos or ceramic materials, making it safe to use.
The face of the mat is coated with gold vermiculite, which is known for its excellent high-temperature properties. This coating further enhances the mat's resistance to heat and ensures reliable protection for surfaces.
Additionally, the Rothenberger Supermat features Ecomab body soluble class '0' infill, which provides an extra layer of safety. This infill material is non-hazardous and contains no asbestos.
