The Aico Radio Link+ Battery Optical Alarm is a battery-operated optical smoke alarm that utilizes RadioLINK+ technology for wireless connectivity with other alarms. It is designed to detect all household fire types without the need for electrical wiring, providing a convenient and effective solution for fire detection.
The alarm is powered by a sealed-in lithium battery with a 10-year lifespan, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. The battery is not replaceable, as it is built to outlast the useful life of the alarm itself.
With RadioLINK+ technology, up to 12 alarms can be interconnected on a single system, making it suitable for locations where false alarms from smoke alarms could occur. When one alarm detects smoke or reaches a temperature of 58°C, it will sound a minimum output of 85 dB at 3 meters and signal other RadioLINK devices to activate.
The Aico Radio Link+ Battery Optical Alarm is easy to install with its twist-on base and multi-fixings, and it has a compact and aesthetically appealing design. The alarm features a large, easy-to-use test button for convenient and frequent testing, as well as the ability to silence nuisance alarms.
