The TSD 140 Litre Advance Thermal Store is designed for use with gas or oil boilers to deliver fast, safe and reliable mains‑pressure hot water throughout the home. The direct (TSD) single‑coil version features an integrated feed and expansion tank and must be installed above the radiator circuit, as system water is drawn directly from the store for rapid heat‑up.

The system requires two pumps:

• One dedicated to the boiler to maintain store temperature, controlled by the store thermostat

• One for the heating circuit, controlled by the room thermostat and heating programmer

The thermal store operates by holding central‑heating water within the tank. Mains‑pressure domestic hot water is produced via a powerful internal coil, delivering excellent shower performance and fast bath filling — with no pump required on the hot‑water side.

These units are the modern replacement for Boilermate and Albion Mainsflow Direct systems.

Acting as a buffer, the thermal store reduces boiler cycling, improves efficiency and ensures rapid radiator warm‑up. The pre‑plumbed, low‑maintenance design can deliver flow rates of up to 30 L/min, making it suitable for medium to large properties when paired with an appropriate gas, oil or LPG boiler. The bottom coil must be pumped.
